The worst day in a while

Today is officially the worst day ever; it tops my mom leaving, finding out Nick wasn't going to come back, and even I found out that I'd have to take math as an elective. The only thing that could make this any worse is if Papa Roach and A7X made the same decision.
NLT, my favorite boyband and even one of my favorite bands ever, has announced their disbandment. They've been on hiatus for a while and have been working on various projects, but some of us still held on to the hope of an album and another tour. Travis explains it all in his blog. From what I can assume, Travis will still make music (thank God; if he quit I'd have to go to L.A. for an intervention), Kevin will still be in Glee, and JJ and V will probably still dance in some things.
I will miss this band terribly. I had a great time at their concert last year, loved all of the boys, and have loyally crammed their music into my iPod. Maybe one day, when everything's right, they can get back together. Maybe not. I hope so, but more than that, I hope they continue to follow their dreams and keep connected with who they are as people. I'm an NLT fan for life and that won't change.

New show

With Rock of Love over and I Love Money 2 getting on my nerves, it was time to find a new reality show, preferably with guys. Daisy of Love, somehow, came to my rescue. I didn't watch Rock of Love 2 very much, so I don't really have much against Daisy; I'm just wondering how she got a reality show when Heather's been whoring around 3 shows and still doesn't have her own. I went online and saw Daisy's candidates and GOODNESS!!!, the Swedish triplets were sent from heaven! There were some other hot guys, but they took the cake. I knew I was definietly watching DOL, at least until the triplets were eliminated.
The show premiered tonight and, true to my word, I watched it. My golden boys were sent home almost immediately!! They mostly came to eat and drink, yeah, but they were open to dating Daisy. She said she sent them home because dating all three of them, like they offered, was kinda gross. Uh, VH1, I would've gladly taken all of them!! We could've been the spin-off and made reality show history!! Oddly enough, I'll still keep watching the show and maybe these guys will change my mind.

Funny vids

Talking goats!
Charlie bit his brother!
Avenged Sevenfold wrote an awesome song called "A Little Piece of Heaven." If you're a parent, I would not advise that you listen to it. Here's it
chipmunked too.

Last night's concert...

... was both a physical hell (I can't describe it any other way) and an amazing slice of heaven for me. I got pretty roughed up during the concert: I got beer spilled on me, got shoved and pulled, had crowd surfers thrown at my head, and got jabbed in my back and sides. Despite all of my physical suffering, I had the best time I've had since the last Papa Roach concert. Whenever I'm at a rock show, I can completely let loose and scream out my anger, pain, sorrow, whatever the song reminds me of. I can jump around and sing to my favorite bands and watch them have a good time as well. It is truly an amazing experience.
The first band to perform was Rev Theory, formerly known as Revelation Theory. They had a lot of good energy and stage presence, plus they had good songs. Yes Grammy, they had hot guys in the band, so I might be a little biased. Papa Roach was next, and it was probably the best performance I've seen of theirs. They performed great songs and interacted with the crowd well; I think they were one of the most real bands there. My boys from A7X played third and they got to play with ramps and had screen shows while they performed. They were also crowd-friendly, talking with us and even taking requests. Unfortunately, my aching feet and cottonmouth forced me to leave the floor after they finished playing and I bought things at the merch table: I got a Papa Roach poster, a t-shirt with all of the bands, and wristbands of both Papa Roach and Avenged Sevenfold. After that, I went back inside to sit down after 4 hours of standing and watch Buckcherry perform. I only knew 3 songs, but I supported them the best I could.
After the concert ended, my friends and I met the guys of Rev Theory outside. They were so sweet and took pictures with Shelby and me; once I get a cord for my camera, I'll upload them to my myspace. All in all, it was a great night besides the fatigue I'm suffering from today and I can't wait to see these bands again.

This is pretty awesome

YouTube's starting to suck again; barely any of the videos I try to watch work at all. Luckily for me, this awesome video of Simba and Kovu with the Yu-Gi-Oh song "Panik" was able to work. I say I was luck because it was awesome and the video actually worked well with the song.

My ring and our former president

I got my class ring today!! It's absolutely gorgeous and I can't wait to show it off to people tomorrow. I was going to take pictures of it and post them on here, but my camera's almost full and I can't find the cord to it.
I refound a hilarious video of Bush and Condi having the most ridiculous discussion: Hu's in China!!
